Blind Pilot, 3 Rounds and a Sound

Blind Pilot, 3 Rounds and a Sound

I really liked this one. At first, when I heard this, it reminded me of Local Natives; kinda your singer/songwriter style. I can imagine myself seeing these guys live and bopping along with all the cool kids singing along to “The Story I Heard.” These guys are like an indie PJ Harvey… Orchestral influences, poppy acoustic guitars, and deep lyrics; overall, a worthy listen, and a very good acoustic album.

Otherwise, not much can be said. After all, the songs can be very repetitive, but for current Blind Pilot fans and newcomers alike, it presents a good crossover.
